World Childhood Cancer Day (Feb. 15)

Today is World Childhood Cancer Day. Together we can defeat childhood cancer through awareness, research, and donations. Treatments for childhood cancer can be toxic, and life-threatening. Together, we look forward to a future full of hope, and where the word cancer doesn’t exist. Worldwide, only 4-5% of funding for cancer goes to childhood cancer. Children deserve more than that. Children and adolescents are given higher doses of chemo, undergo radiation and surgeries. These things can, and do, damage the growth of young, changing bodies. During a time of discovery, kids are instead stuck in hospital beds.

I’m asking you to join me on my mission to end childhood cancer. Spread awareness, and fight back against the stigma.

Thank you everyone for all of your support 💛💛
